Acceptance of order - our contract
We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. This email is sent automatically and does not mean that we have accepted your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and dispatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.
All orders are subject to availability. If the product ordered is unavailable then we will notify you ASAP where you will have the option of waiting for stock, choosing an alternative or a full refund.
Authorising orders
When you place an order on our website please make sure that your Account address is the address your credit/debit card is registered to. Your card authorisation process is checked against your Account address and if it is not correct your card will be declined and your order delayed until we receive the correct details from you. To prevent fraud, delivery to an alternative address is not possible on 1st orders. We must deliver to the registered cardholders address. Delays may occur while extra security checks are carried out especially on 1st orders. We reserve the right to only send first orders to the registered payment card address.
Prices
Our prices are set out on our website in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of United Kingdom-rated VAT where applicable. Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. Delivery charges may apply and are displayed during the order process. Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money that we have taken from you.
Price Match Promise
We promise we won’t be beaten on price.
V customs.co.uk offer a price promise whereby if you see the identical product elsewhere (other than our own promotions across our sites) including delivery and if the item is in stock then we will endeavour to match the price. In order to take advantage of this offer you must show us where it is cheaper before you buy or within 7 days of purchase.
Whenever you shop with us at V Customs, we want you to know you’re not only receiving high quality product and a great service but also good value.
We try to set competitive prices. However, if you find something at a cheaper price, we’ll not only match it but reduce it by a further £1. If you have already placed your order, and subsequently find it cheaper elsewhere, we’ll credit you the difference plus £1 (up to seven days after despatch).
We try and ensure that we remain competitive with all other retailers but cannot monitor prices of all our items on a daily basis due to the number of different products that we sell.

Your name (and order number if applicable).
The product price and our product code for the item you are interested in purchasing or have already purchased.
Details and contact number of the shop or website offering a better price on an in-stock item (you must include complete weblinks).
If possible, attach a screen shot of web page.
We will then do the following within 48 hours Monday-Friday exc Bank Holidays:-
Check the pricematch meets our terms and conditions and is valid and then send you a specific code to use on our website within 2 days of issue that will reduce the price of the item in your basket
If you have already ordered we will reduce your existing order and credit you accordingly.
Terms and conditions (price match promise)
The price promise policy is done in good faith and can be withdrawn at any time without notice. V Customs.co.uk will make any decisions and their word will be final. This Policy is in place to ensure fair play and where we feel any malice has occurred it will not be honoured.
We do not price beat auction or current bid prices. Neither can we beat overseas sellers, out of stock products, or out of date literature. Finally, we cannot offer the lowest price guarantee on pre-orders. We will price match as soon as items are released but we cannot confirm other vendors’ prices until the item is actually in stock or available.
Lowest price guarantee is applied to the total order - The product and the delivery charge.For example if a UK retailer is selling a tee shirt for £25 with free delivery. We will ship the tee shirt to you for £24 including delivery.
Proof of price is required.
Lowest price guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
Lowest price guarantee can only be used by UK customers shipping to a UK address excluding the Channel Islands.
Before you email us, make sure you have found the best price as we only price match once.
Free Postage and Package Promotion
Where Free postage and packing (Free Shipping) is applied or offered on a product this forms part of a promotional offer on that product. Should an item with the free postage promotion applied be returned for refund, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of postage from the refund amount.

Free Gift Promotion
Where a free gift is offered on a product on the website we will look to provide this to you in the shortest time possible, however, sometimes delays can occur. If the free gift item isn't in stock an alternative item may be provided to you at our discression. This is a promotional scheme and we reserve the right to revoke or change it at any point. We are in no way obligated to provide any free gift if we choose not to.
Delivery
UK orders are sent on a 3-5 working day service and can be dependant on our friendly courier drivers and postal workers.
European and Worldwide delivery can take up to 14 days after being despatched and are subject to customs clearance. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc). Most of our items are in stock awaiting despatch unless a pre-order message is shown below the items description. Most packages will require a signature on delivery, so please give us a delivery address where someone will be in to sign for the parcel (work, neighbour, friend etc). All deliveries will be made Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
All 'In Stock' orders that are received before 1pm, should be despatched from our warehouse the same day via Royal Mail or our couriers City Link (UK only), subject to security checks and payment clearances.
Customs
When ordering mail-order goods from V Customs for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your Country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from V Customs, you are considered the importer and must comply with all law and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Payment
We accept payments via most major credit / debit cards / Paypal via our secure online ordering system on our website. We will only post out to the card holders registered address. Please note that for your security we do not take payment over the telephone.
Promotional offers
You will not be able to combine promotional offers unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers include but are not limited to: The VIP Scheme, Free Postage, Sale Items, Promotional Codes, Free Gifts, Price Match Promise.

Products purchased during our Sale periods are subject to our standard Returns Policy.
Notes
We have taken as much care as possible to describe and portray items accurately. Slight variations in actual goods or colour may occur. We reserve the right to inform the customer of any incorrect information before payment is taken. Please also note that images on the site are representational and in some cases to be taken as illustration only.

We have taken reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the content on our website, however, in accordance with the applicable laws; we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the material on our site.

Validity
If any of these Terms and Conditions are not eligible it shall not affect the eligibility of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.
No Variation or Representation
Nothing said by our sales staff shall amount to any variation of these terms & conditions or representation about the nature or quality of our products.
Third Party Rights:
We may transfer our rights under the contract, but otherwise nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall give any person who is not a party to the contract any benefit or any right to enforce any of the terms of the contract.
Governing law and jurisdiction:
Your order and the formation of the contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. The English Courts shall have jurisdiction to hear disputes between us.
